The Roade Medical
Centre is now a fully equipped Medical Centre with
several Doctors and Nurses taking care of in region
of three thousand patients. Over the years it has
increased in size and has expanded its range of services
to the community.
It's hard to
believe that between 1849 and 1920 this building was
in fact a Pub called the Fox and Hounds and was situated
on what was then the outskirts of the village.

There is a Triage Nurse, a Practice Nurse
